Who am I and what do I do?
I am a subject matter expert in analytics, customer experience and strategy. My expertise helps bring data to life, deriving deep insight that support evidence based decision making. I understand what the leaders of big companies are trying to accomplish and I achieve the results they are looking for. I do this by finding answers in the data they have, as well as predicting and modeling out the potential future scenarios they will face. I conceptualize and build new capabilities critical to talent management, client acquisition and growth, which results in increased revenue and and improved margins.
I am able to model customer behavior, sales force performance and even prioritize product development. I have developed products and launched brands all across the world, creating audience specific marketing and sales initiatives that changed and sustained desired behaviors. I design user experiences, engagement and content strategies for products and services online, offline and currently in development. I run non-verbal research studies and created some of the first methodologies to quantify emotional engagement.
I am a speaker, influencer and a contributor in Guy Kawasaki's book Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions. I am recognized by my peers as an opinion leader in technology, innovation and predictive insight.
